How much does a YouTuber with 1 million subscribers make?

YouTube pays per view, not per subscriber. Two channels with 1 million subscribers can have ten times different monthly views, so their income differs just as much.

Three examples (US audience)

• Gaming channel, 3 million monthly views: 3,000,000 × ($0.50–$4) ÷ 1,000 = $1,500–$12,000/month
• Tech channel, 3 million monthly views: 3,000,000 × ($4–$12) ÷ 1,000 = $12,000–$36,000/month
• Finance channel, 1 million monthly views: 1,000,000 × ($5–$20) ÷ 1,000 = $5,000–$20,000/month

That is ad revenue only. Large channels often earn more from brand deals than from ads.
